(1) By registering or logging into One-Stride.net, I agree to abide by the following conditions listed below. |

(2) I understand that all site content is the exclusive property of One-Stride.net, its users and its administration. I agree not to duplicate, reproduce or copy it in any form. |

(3) I agree to adhere not only to the conditions specified herein, but also to follow any instructions given to me by an administrator or a moderator and the information within the guidlines. |
(4) I certify that I am or am older than 15 years old. I understand that due to the nature of One-Stride.net's academy and the community of the game, I may be removed if I am found to be under fifteen. I understand that the owner and moderators do not 100% censor the players and that they believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and will only take action if they feel that the content is horribly offensive. Sometimes the nature of the conversation is not rated 'G', therefore the administration recommends that players under the age of 15, get a parents consent and allow them to read our terms before agreeing to them. |
(5) I understand that the use of foreign scripts on One-Stride.net is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: the use of a ghost mouse, PERL script, or external advertisements. |
(6) Abuse of game bugs or code for personal use to cause damage is prohibited. One-Stride.net reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary in case of this type of contract breech. |
(7) One-Stride.net guarantees to uphold the privacy of its users and maintain the confidentiality of information given through the site, so long as the user is in accordance with the terms of service. |
(8) I understand that information about my computer such as my IP address, browser type or MAC address may be stored and recorded for security purposes and ease of use. |
(9) I understand that One-Stride.net does not condone the use of external proxy web servers and that it reserves the right to terminate my account should I be found to use one. |
(10) One-Stride.net reserves the right to go offline for maintenance and other purposes as it deems necessary. |
(11) I acknowledge that refunds for upgraded accounts are only available in the event of One-Stride.net's permanent closure, where my account has more than six months of upgrade time remaining. I understand that if I am banned, or I have violated the Terms of Service, I am not entitled to a refund whatever the circumstances. I understand that if I decide to discontinue using One-Stride.net, no refund will be granted. |
(12) I understand that I am entitled to one non-upgraded account. If I choose to have more than one account, all accounts must be upgraded to 'Diamond' status with a maximum of ten upgraded accounts. However, I may access up to eleven accounts, this includes partner accounts, they must all be upgraded. |
(13) I agree to respect the website, its moderators and other users. I understand that mistreatment of another user may result in my removal. |
(14) I understand that the game cannot be held responsible for assets lost through partnerships or an transactions with other game websites. I understand that it is my responsibility to chose a secure password and maintain its security. I understand that One-Stride.net allows transactions but does not guarantee them. |
(15) I certify that I will not use One-Stride.net outlets to post or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, vulgar, abusive, obscene, libelous or discriminatory, to stalk or harass another user. |
(16) One-stride.net reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time, provided that notification is given. |
(17)I understand that sever violations of the Terms of Service may lead to action being taken beyond the website. |
