One-Stride Terms Of Service

Acceptance of the Terms of Service One-Stride.net ("One-Stride", "OS", the "Site") is privately owned and operated in the United States of America but a single individual ("I", "me"). Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By accessing One-Stride.net and using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of service and are aware that failure to comply will result in your temporary or permanent removal from the Site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. I agree to adhere not only to the conditions specified herein, but also to follow any instructions given to me by an administrator or a moderator and the information within the guidelines. Severe violations of the Terms of Service may lead to action being taken beyond the website.

Description of Service One-Stride is an equine simulation game for those ages 15 and up that allows it's players to buy, train, show, and breed virtual horses. All players under 15 must have parental permission before accessing the Site. Due to the nature of One-Stride.net's academy and the community of the game, players may be removed if found to be under 15. The Site does not 100% censor the players and that believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and will only take action if the content is horribly offensive. Mistreatment of another user may result in removal from the Site. Players are to understand that nothing in the game is real, this includes but is not limited to horses, money (OSD), and career titles.

One-Stride is designed for player to use by displaying the pages in a browser and clicking the buttons or links by hand. Using programs or scripts including but not limited to, a ghost mouse, PERL script, or external advertisements to play the game may damage our game, prevents access for other players, increases our costs and is strictly prohibited. Any player detected using such scripts or programs can have their account banned and all horses or other content deleted or points removed.

Player Responsibilities Please be aware that areas of One-Stride with user created content (such as estate pages, horse pages, chat, messages or forum boards) do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of One-Stride or it's staff. One-Stride's players accept full responsibility and liability for anything they choose to display, including but not limited to any and all plagiarized and/or inappropriate content on any part of the Site, the individual player displaying such content is held responsible.

One-Stride is under no obligation to compensate players for any lost items, which includes but is not limited to, game money, accounts or animals, due to, but not limited to, downtime or in-game glitches and/or the events that a player is temporarily and/or permanently removed from the Site for any reason. One-Stride and it's staff will not be held responsible for damages to a users property. Players create accounts, use the features and access the Site at their own risk. Abuse of game bugs or code for personal use to cause damage or personal gain is prohibited. One-Stride.net reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary in case of this type of contract breech.

While the site allows in-game partnerships and trading with other websites, we cannot be held responsible for assets lost through partnerships, transactions on the game or transactions with other game websites. It is the player's responsibility to chose a secure password and maintain its security. Furthermore, One-Stride cannot compensate for game items lost or stolen through in-game transactions. This includes but is not limited "horses" not being returned after "training" by another player.

One-Stride.net does not condone the use of external proxy web servers and that it reserves the right to terminate accounts should the owner be found to use one.

Each player is entitled to own one non-upgraded account and up to ten "Diamond" accounts at any one time, including partner accounts. Ownership of accounts defined by One-Stride is having the ability to access an account by knowing the username and password. Our account limit is due to server space limitations and the goal of keeping the Site running as fast as possible. If found over the maximum account limit, extra accounts will be reclaimed by the Site and the player forfeits all rights to the accounts. Furthermore, accounts that have not been logged into within 2 months will be deleted from the database.

The Site's Rights One-Stride.net reserves the right to go offline for maintenance and other purposes as it deems necessary. One-Stride is not obligated to provide refunds to any player for any reason.

All site content is the exclusive property of One-Stride.net, its users and its administration. I agree not to duplicate, reproduce or copy it in any form.

One-Stride reserves the right, at any time, without warning, to modify any part of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, updates in any part of the Site, the point system, number of animals a player may have, amount of game money a player receives and the number of accounts one player may have.
