One-Stride.net, I agree to abide
by the following conditions:
(II) I understand that all site content is the exclusive property of

(VII) One-Stride.net guarantees to uphold the privacy of its users and
maintain the confidentiality of information given through the site, so
long as the user is in accordance with the terms of service.
(VIII) I understand that information about my computer such as my IP
address, browser type or MAC address may be stored and recorded for
security purposes and ease of use.
(IX) I understand that One-Stride.net does not condone the use of
external proxy web servers and that it reserves the right to terminate
my account should I be found to use one.
(X) One-Stride.net reserves the right to go offline for maintenance and
other purposes as it deems necessary.
(XI) I acknowledge that refunds for upgraded accounts are only
available in the event of One-Stride.net's permanent closure, where my
account has more than six months of upgrade time remaining. I
understand that if I am banned, or I have violated the Terms of
Service, I am not entitled to a refund whatever the circumstances. I
understand that if I decide to discontinue using One-Stride.net, no
refund will be granted.
(XII) I understand that if my accounts are not upgraded, then I may
only have one account. If my accounts are all upgraded, I am entitled
to own and access up six accounts.
(XIII) I agree to respect the website, its moderators and other users.
I understand that mistreatment of another user may result in my
removal.
(XIV) I understand that the game cannot be held responsible for assets
lost through partnerships or an transactions with other game websites.
I understand that it is my responsibility to chose a secure password
and maintain its security. I understand that One-Stride.net allows
transactions, it does not guarantee them.
(XV) I certify that I will not use One-Stride.net outlets to post or
transmit content that is illegal, harmful, vulgar, abusive, obscene,
libelous or discriminatory, to stalk or harass another user.
(XVI) One-stride.net reserves the right to modify the terms of service
at any time, provided that notification is given.
(XVII) I understand that sever violations of the Terms of Service may
lead to action being taken beyond the website.
